Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Club Golf League, a product of Club Golf League LLC (“Club Golf League,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Club Golf League is software that private clubs use to organize and run golf leagues and tournaments, including registration, match and result tracking, standings, and member communications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a member or invited participant of a club that uses Club Golf League to use the platform.
3. Your Account
You access the platform using your mobile phone number and a one-time verification code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and number associated with your account and for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
5. Messaging
By consenting to SMS messaging, you agree to receive messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
6. Your Content & Data
Information you submit (such as scores and results) is used to operate the platform and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Your club’s administrators may have access to your activity within their club.
7. Service Availability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Golf League LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue features, or update these Terms, from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
